Our collaborative relies on the support of generous collaborators beyond the hospital setting.

The CHoSEN Collaborative is coordinated by the Colorado Substance Exposed Newborns Steering Committee, a subcommittee of the Colorado Attorney General's Substance Abuse Trend and Response Task Force chaired by Illuminate Colorado, and in collaboration with the Section of Neonatology, Department of Pediatrics, University of Colorado School of Medicine; the Colorado Department of Human Services; the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative; and the Colorado Chapter of the American Association of Pediatrics.

Funding to support the Collaborative comes from Colorado Office of the Attorney General, COPIC Medical Foundation, Caring for Colorado Foundation, and University of Colorado School of Medicine Medicaid Upper Payment Limit Program.
